Return & Refund Policy


Thanks for shopping with Brain Bucket,

please read the below carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Returns
You have ​10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Due to the unique nature of your ordered  items and our on demand printing service providers, items will only be eligible for returns if they arrive broken or damaged.

Proof of damage and email receipts are required for return items.

Brain Bucket will only accept a return if the item is damaged upon delivery. Brain Bucket will not accept the return of goods damaged by the customer.

Brain Bucket will not accept items ordered in the wrong size or change of mind by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

The customer must possess the original receipt and proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Brain Bucket reserves the right to refuse any refund based on the above factors.
